Lightning!

So it has been awhile since I have blogged. The reason being our house got struck by lightning and I just now got internet back up and a computer that works right. Getting struck by lightning is scary. I was in bed and heard this big bang that made me jump. I knew something got hit. Nick slept through it all and so did Gabe. I made Nick get out of bed to check with me. As soon as we walked out to the living room we saw the gutter hanging outside our window. The power was knocked out and of course storming like crazy outside. Nick had to crawl in the attic to make sure we were not on fire. Here are some pictures.

Now we already have new siding up, but of course it does not match the rest of the siding because we could not find the siding we already had.
