Two week update

So Gabe is two weeks old now. Can you believe it. I can't. We had a doctors appointment when he was one week old and he weighed 5 lbs 2 oz. Because he lost so much weight and I am nursing we had to take him back when he was two weeks to make sure he was gaining. He did! He is now back to birth weight. 5 lbs 10 oz and still really healthy. He gained 8 oz in a weeks. The doctor even seemed impressed. Gabe is going to be big before you know it. He is staying awake more now during the day for a few hours at a time. We did have a bad night last night he decided to be awake at eleven thirty for a few hours. We did not get him to sleep fully until four am. Right now we are preparing for his Baptism which is on March 14th. He will almost be a month old by then. He is already growing up to fast.
